At ENGWE eBikes Greece, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read carefully the following policy, which applies to electric bikes, batteries, spare parts and accessories purchased through engwe-ebikes.gr.

Right of Return (up to 30 days)

You can return a product within 30 days from the date of receipt if the following conditions are met:

  • The electric bicycle has travelled less than 10 km

  • The product is unused, clean, without damage or odours

  • It is in its original packaging, with all accessories (charger, keys, tools, etc.)

  • You have the proof of purchase

No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Refunds not accepted:

  • Products purchased from unauthorised resellers

  • Used or modified products

  • Products purchased on special order

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Accessories (wings, helmets, bags, phone cradles, etc.)

  • Spare parts that were not compatible and were purchased without prior communication

Return expenses

  • Electric bicycles: 200 € / piece

  • Batteries: 100 € / piece (only if unused)

  • Accessories / spare parts: The customer is responsible for return shipping (5 € or more, depending on the case)

Return Procedure

  1. Contact us at info@engwe-ebikes.gr explaining the reason for the return.

  2. If the return is approved, we will send you a return label and shipping instructions.

  3. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

  4. Once the product is received at our warehouse, it will be checked within 5 working days and a refund will follow within 1-2 working days.

Cancellation of Order

  • You can cancel your order before shipment free of charge (minus 5% administration fee).

  • If the order has already been shipped, a shipping charge of €200 applies.

Mission Policy

Thank you for choosing ENGWE eBikes Greece for the purchase of your electric bike or accessories. We do our best to process and ship your order as soon as possible.

Processing time

  • Products immediately available: Processing is done within 1-2 working days and shipment is made the next working day.

  • Pre-orders: Shipment is made according to the date indicated on the product page.

  • Unavailable products: Check the product page for estimated time of availability.

Accessories & Spare Parts:

  • Fixed shipping costs: 5,00 € throughout Greece, regardless of the region or quantity.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you do not receive this email or have questions about the shipment:

Changes after the mission

Changes in address, product, color or cancellation cannot be made after shipment. If you need a change, please contact us before your order is shipped.

In case of returning a package (e.g. because you did not receive it from the courier store), the customer is responsible for the reshipment.

Product returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend:

  • Use of service with tracking

  • Mission insurance

Spare parts

When we ship spare parts, it is the customer's responsibility to track the progress of the package via the tracking number. If not received within 10 days by the local courier, the parcel is returned to us and re-shipment is charged extra.

In case of ordering the wrong spare part

If you ordered the wrong part:

  • You don't have to pay for the part again.

  • You are only charged the shipping costs for the return and reshipment of the correct part.

  • If you are in doubt about compatibility, please contact us before ordering.
