Engwe offers free DPD free shipping on qualified orders.

Remote areas and islands are not within the delivery range.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

All orders will be shipped from EU warehouse (Except some accessories) depends on your location. We offer FREE shipping on all qualified orders. Once your order is placed, please track it two days later here and you can expect to receive your ordered products in about 7-10 working days. Please refer to the table below for the countries we ship to and the estimated shipping time.

  • Processing Time: For "In Stock" products, it typically takes 1-2 business days for our warehouse to prepare for the shipping after the order is placed.  The tracking information can take extra time to be updated after the tracking number is created.
  • Delivery Time: The final delivery time can be vary depends on your local carrier.Once your orderd please do the tracking two days later here: https://t.17track.net/en  and you can receive your order products in about 3 -7 working days.
